Grid System Reality: The Religion Of Zero And Losership/Usurship/Illusorship
Memory Mass Matrix, Soul As Avatar, Redemption As Performance, Capital As Digital Libidinal Warfare
Living room post-dinner, random suburban USA. Three wear actual masks indoors while two who’ve spent their whole lives wearing digital masks on government owned media sites scoff internally. Wireless earbuds locked in beaming extraterrestrial rhetoric at warp speed; Alex Jones, Don Lemon, Tucker Carlson, Shaun King, Glenn Greenwald. The message is all the same though the mediums use different decorum: stay scared, in fact share your super sized fear you have acquired and tuned via friend and family based social media penal colonies. The adversary doesn’t need to be hard at work; his work is already done when a family can’t communicate and can only trade all you can eat buffet broken rhetorical half-schemes downloaded to them in past/present/future:slowmo/realtime/fastforward. No one speaks, if anything the mother emails the youngest child from her Android to his iPhone to complain about how self-obsessed the oldest child is while the father reads Qanon posts on 8chan that the child in the middle spent the last few years shitposting with a team of global digital soldiers.
More than ever “politics” matter, though it’s just age old sports team style tribalism divorced from any actual understanding of how a government or society should or is supposed to function. What people care about is fast information as fast food; the same colors, tones and vibrations you encounter on the dollar menu, only biting these bytes “nourishes” whatever may be left of our now compromised holographic souls. “Serve me up a dead black teenager, no need to super size it we already dealt with George Floyd livestreamed and re-broadcast, and a side of child rape at the highest levels of government please. I’ll take the dead white chick ‘killed’ during a fake insurrection tomorrow morning and a ton of dead trafficked Asian women later in the week, I just got the CDC anti-racism vax and I feel a bit dizzy”.
The French postmodernists warned us about consumption and desire, but we are a stupid nation by design. We like baseball cards and rock stars so we see even Aristotle or Shakespeare as a meme. When Deleuze, Baudrillard, Chatelet, Lyotard and whoever else warned us about the dangers of endless blind consumption and societies which prioritize desire or raw sensation first and foremost, we either had bad teachers, read bad translations (this is a fact, most 1980s translations of Baudrillard, Derrida and Foucault are absolute garbage) or had just read too many fanzines/not enough Scripture and could not correctly interpret their words. In fact A Thousand Plateaus is a great example of maybe the first “postmodern fanzine”; a sort of updated yet secular 95 Theses1(in a postmodern topos where 5 can be 7, 4, 212 or really however many linkages/scalars you count, building endless vectorial desiring machines into a matrix where the body is without organs and the organs are game tokens) by lapsed Catholics embracing the globohomo secularity by denying it so hard or not denying it. That doesn’t mean one should take the same from Deleuze and Flipside, but what do we expect when critical skills have long become a memory from a cinematic past we still are stuck in throes of but never have experienced.
In Greek mythology, Mnemosyne2 (Μνημοσύνη), was the mother of the nine Muses3 and the goddess of memory. Mnemosyne, mnemonic and mimesis all come from the Greek word μνήμη(mnḗmē)4 meaning “remembrance/memory”. The Ancients believed memory was physical, using a model of familiar places and committing an item to each point of loci (“place” in Latin). Known as the art of loci, one would retrieve these items by traveling through whichever place they had modeled (familiar buildings or a street with both shops and homes) and activate the memory when seeing the image they had stored. Mimetic desire is a form of mirroring, where we end up imitating other people’s desires or embodying the other via a strange abductive-consumption of pure coding. The meme becomes the coat of the (external) code we have internalized. Memes are not physical, and anything that can be visualized can become a meme or NFT. If you’ve been canceled you can probably mint a screenshot of your suspended Twitter account and make a few grand. Without being taught how or why memory itself is lodged in the physical we have fully relinquished anything close to or resembling free will for a reality that is programmed, in all exegetic senses.
Much like memory itself as a physical entity (which does have mass), the Byzantines did not need surveillance, as they fully understood Jesus Christ as a physical entity which always has been. And they also understood that time/space/matter wasn’t just proof of God, to many it was God himself. The past/present/future enmeshment becomes illuminated by the Father/Son/Holy Ghost who tells via grammar/logic/rhetoric and shows via space/time/matter. A common system of math (a form of grammar itself) is given to use to gauge frequency and either multiply or divide. The average atheist sees only contradiction, or lack of proof (when they mean substantiation) in Biblical truths. It often seems like pointless psychobabble, but I could similarly ramble to a random 80 year old woman at any Christian church and there is a high probability she’d know exactly what I was saying, because reading scripture teaches one the skills of exegesis; the literal, analogical, tropological and anagogical. Exegesis helps reveal that which can never be spoken but we were all born knowing, in fact maybe the only thing anyone and everyone knows. Christians believe this is the grace, kindness, glory and wonder of God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
If we go back to to the Muses, memory gave birth to all of the expressive arts. There was no need for a tenth muse to represent something like painting, because painting simply was/is physical memory. First comes concrete experience (memory), then Word, then image and next text; all of which each Muse illustrated different aspects of. I believe I have mentioned on here before the idea of a painting or crude cave drawing being a truer representation of reality compared to a photograph. Oddly I believe many (including myself until recently) would crank the fear frequency and declare the photograph a form of black magic, while seeing the painting as a bit less sinister. And maybe it is, but the painting and text are two of the earliest forms of pure magic where everything in existence (the imagination) shows the beauty and glory of God, and everything relates to and informs the next image/ bring an “eternal return to the same” (Flusser, 1985; p. 13)5.
The long term æffect of a world based on visualization is a true smashing of the universe and all of its systems and rules. While depiction (painting, music, pure mathematics) may seem similar to visualization (memes, NFTs) they have very different starting points and different æffects. Despite what young, bullish, cryptorich, reactionary NFT whales will tell you, art has not always been made of bits. Art was originally made as an illustration of knowledge, using wisdom (and also the reverse) to engender a truer understanding of both internal and external selves and environments. Bits come into the picture when texts prove to be inaccessible, unclear and no longer offer pictorial mediation. These texts then become smashed into bits or particles which must be collected. This is where the technical image (the meme) comes into play, a level of pure coding and computation. Meme culture is nothing more than normies doing the work of intel agencies as always both agent and perp.
However, as always, this is nothing new and always has been. Since 14556 we have been slowly smashing text into bits, letting the scalar quantity known as speed/rate travel through larger global rhizome systems, eventually displacing in rewind/play/ffwd. The whole time these bits are changing, leading the velocity computed to turn into acceleration. Acceleration is a vector quantity, it has both direction and magnitude. Jerking and snapping follow, leading to matrices filled with bits needed to be re-consumed, the digital pittance doled out as sustenance for the (broken) soul.
History, unlike acceleration, is not a linear process, it’s a literal process, as exegetics show us. What happens today happened yesterday and will continue to happen tomorrow. In fact we all experience these in different universe systems (via space, time and matter) and have been gifted the Trivium (grammar, logic, rhetoric) as the building blocks of the university. Digital space, time and matter keep us locked into a created universe where analog space, time and matter have been pulverized into quanta and invariably reshaped. Homology is absolutely ignored, leading to obsession with DNA that may or may not be similar to yours. Any world or human history has been zapped for your web history, a digital analog of your physical memory you don’t know you have. Most already wake up and check their e-mail or social media, literally downloading codes upon codes fed by different clandestine and non-clandestine agencies that all have different (nefarious) goals. Even the colors, shapes and HTML runs a series of codes on us. Soon enough, just a string of numbers will be emailed to us every morning that will program us like a robot, informing all of our thoughts and movements until the next script comes. There will be no need for school, work or social clubs, everyone will get a stipend of bytes to buy funko pops, rare records (stock market for the losership army) to take pictures of only and NFTs or stay in the pod and jerk off to trafficked teenagers for free. The more chemicals you meme about putting into your body, whether its a “vaccine” or hard drugs, the larger a string of 0s you will see in your One World Centralized Crypto account weekly. When physical reality is shut down because even looking at another human in the flesh can pass Covid-29, taking pictures of yourself in either Bolshevik or National Socialist garb when a digital black 4 year old is killed for going to get a sex change will get you free Soros-crypto, the most powerful non-fungible token in the jungle of mimesis. Try to go to a park or see your parents and your digital mirror avatar will evaporate in past/present/future and you are forced off the grid into an eternal analog time out.
The old symbols of the grid: titanium rat-king underground trolley, “if you see something say something”, “don’t feed the homeless, they just sleep here”. Scalar waste forms as vector to create the matrix of microchip DNA, the robots we may always have been. The grid is a series of codes (vector) which begets a larger series of codes (matrix). The digital geometric grid is nothing to learn from, it only proves the analog astronomical grid and homologous trivial grid. Classic confusion of form and content; focus on being stuck in the endless anti-jouissance of CHIPGRIP engineered grid systems, not on the system itself. It’s more than likely we don’t and will never have the math skills to understand the system code. As I’ve said before, how many pure mathematicians do you know? For that matter, ever met an astronaut?7
